The copper roller is suitable wherever walking is neglected or restricted in some way.Our copper rolls are hammered by hand and are among the first products that our grandfather developed. He saw even then that mankind will spend in the future its activities mostly sitting.  To counterbalance this, the copper roller was developed. It is very broad in its application, and always offers an asset to mobility, body warmth and well-being. 
Copper has pronounced warming properties. It takes our own heat and gives it back to us. At the same time, the embossing created during hammering, massages your skin and keeps the limbs warm and supple. Regardless of how you use them, whether as a foot roller, dumbbell or professionally in various therapeutic areas of application such as speech formation or curative education, the reflex zones and meridians are allways gently activated. 

Foot roller

The foot roller (castor) can be used wherever we sit and work. We can keep our feet and legs vivid with it.  The foot roller favors a smooth walking. The regular use of the foot roll brings warmth to our entire organism and connects us to our feet and the ground.  Thus, we bring a better awareness of our movement and the entire body. Even aching feet, e.g. after standing for a long time, can be relieved by briefly rolling on the foot roll. For insecure pedestrians, practicing with the foot roller gives them a feeling of warmth and, thanks to the better awareness in their feet, also gives them better surefootedness.

Exercise:
Depending on the length of the roll you roll with one or both feet on the role e.g. over the entire sole of the foot or only partially. Try with your toes on the role to play the piano or to grab the role with the toes. But you can also just roll your feet over it while you work. Always apply the pressure as far as you find it comfortable. Always change your foot, even if one side is more affected. 
If the roll is too cold for you at the beginning, you can warm it up under warm water. Then dry well. You can practice with or without socks / stockings.

Dumbbell

The copper roll is also ideal as a light dumbbell to strengthen, loosen and warm up your arm and chest muscles. In general, choose a copper roll that is rather light for you. Suitable for all dumbbell workouts.
